Description
A wooden map sculpture carved into Tulip wood. The area in this map covers the beautiful ultra, a 47 mile ultramartathon around Windermere, called The Lap.
Having completed this run myself both counter clock wise and clock wise in 2022 and 2023, I knew that I had to create a map for myself to remind myself just how epic this run was.
The event itself was outstanding, the people involved in running it, the quality of food etc, just made for an incredible experience and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who wants to try their first ultramarathon… or their 100th.
